Rates & Payment Options

This initial appointment helps me to learn about your areas of concern,  helps us to collaboratively formulate treatment goals and allows me to provide service recommendations. This appointment is typically 1.5-2 hours in length and is billed at a rate of $250.00

Individual therapy sessions can take place via telehealth or in-office. 60 minute sessions are billed at a rate of $150.00

Individual therapy sessions can take place via telehealth or in-office. 45 minutes sessions are billed at a rate of $145.00

Individual therapy sessions can take place via telehealth or in-office. 30 minute sessions are billed at a rate of $100.00

1:1 DBT Skills Training sessions are 60 minutes in length and are comprised of 3 components. Components include review of weekly tracking tool that is used to monitor symptoms/impact of symptoms and skills used over the reporting period, customized feedback including skill suggestions for specific areas of concern/events that occurred over the reporting period and formal skills instruction/training. These sessions bill at a rate of $150.00

Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled 24 hours in advance or more will result in no charge.  Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to billing at half the rate typically billed for the service.
